Tea contains caffeine. And while it has less than coffee, it makes you have to piss more, which is why tea isn’t a good source for hydration. Water is best for flushing out the system. But a tea mask is probably good.

As much as I like to cook, she is better than me, its a nice change…but dessert is on me…I don´t ask I just do.
